Today is the first day of my new 30 Day Detox and Fitness Challenge. I chose December 1st because I knew if I waited until after the holidays, it would be an epic fail. Every year, like a ticking clock gliding around to the 12th hour, I recommit myself to a healthy lifestyle every year on January 1st. I create an invisible outline of a new workout regiment and healthy meal plan. My yearly resolution dissipates into wishful thinking by the 15th day, and I’m usually scraping my humility off of the fat track.
Here I am starting a month earlier than normal in the same year I began the same identical regiment just 11 months ago. So technically I am not a failure since I’m embarking on a healthy fitness detox redo. I chose the month of December to jumpstart my healthy journey, so by the time the New Year rolls around in 30 days, I will have settled into my detox rhythm.with this 30 day detox and fitness plan. In the next thirty days, I plan on being a new and improved Savvy Diva just in time for Christmas.
